We specialize in unique coating requirements, servicing the United States and China since 1973. With over 5,000 fluoropolymers to choose from, you need to have a coating professional who will assist you to make the best choice.
Some materials to choose from are: Xylanâ, Teflonâ, Kynarâ, Dykorâ, Halarâ, Xylarâ, Ceramic (thin film) PTFE, PFA, FEP, ECTFE, PVDF (hard anodize w/ Teflon seal) We also carry industrial powder coatings such as Polyester T.G.I.C., Epoxy, Hybrid, Polyurethane from High Gloss to Low Gloss. Textures from Smooth to Wrinkles to Hammertone.
Zinc phosphate pretreatment available.

Spray Booths: 2ea.) Liquid with 7’ X 7’ opening and 10’ depth working capacity
1ea.) Powder with 8’ wide 7’ high and 10’ depth working capacity
Ovens : 3ea.) 810°f maximum temperature, working depth of 16’ X 8’ wide and 7’ high
all ovens are certified and calibration to aircraft standards. Also equipped
with chart recorder.
Fork lift: 1ea) Weight Capacity 6,500 lb.
Sandblasting: 3ea) Aluminum Oxide, Glassbeed and pressure blaster. We can handle parts up to 25’ long

*Prototype and large jobs: , CNC (Lathe x 1, Mill x 4 & Precision Sheet Metal)
*Proto-type work as well as production work welcome
